| Visi will be #1 |
| Potomac will continue to underperform. Probably won’t even be in the top 4. |
Potomac has over performed the past the yeas, they have cemented themselves as program in the ISL semifinals the past 3 seasons. |
| For anyone to say that Potomac won't make final four must have an axe to grind or is trying to stir the pot. |
| Potomac and SSSAS should battle for 3rd. Potomac starting lineup is string, just not much depth, and SSSAS has lost their best player. |
SJ has been practicing since November. Why does the administration allow all their teams to cheat? The baseball team and boys lacrosse teams practice year around. If they live up to expectations, it is due to cheating. |
You clearly don’t have a kid at a top lax school. They all do this. And they probably all do it following the rules which is there is no official school involvement. You can’t be a top player or team and not have off season practice or workouts. For any sport for that matter. |
Combining both WCAC and ISL, think the top 4 - in no order - will be SSSA, Visi, SR and GC. One level down, the next 4 - in no order - will likely be: SJC, Potomac, PVI and BI. Will be interesting to see if anyone not mentioned can jump into these two groups. |
Not 100%. Multi-sport athletes do not practice year-round. Many top lacrosse players play other sports and do not participate in off season captain practices. |

Top ISL/WCAC combined - (in order)
Good Counsel Stone Ridge Potomac Visi Ireton SJC SSSAS PVI |
Good stab at it. Potomac too high and SJC better than Ireton IMO. |

| Visi plays McDonough and St. Pauls at the top of their season |
| Prediction - Visi 0-2 at the top of their season. |
| That would be ok. At least they are playing the hardest teams |
