Which posts in this thread are you referring to specifically?

17:55 has a hilarious mix of pomposity, grandiosity, and straight-up lying about some posts that happened immediately before.

Funny, I see neither an argument nor any claim, let alone lies. Specifics, please?

If you get it, you get it. You can't see your own cringey, awkward posts for the stilted lies they are. We can see them. So I guess we have the advantage here.

I guess you don’t see them either.

Anonymous wrote:"The Gods of the nations are demons." Psalm 96:5. Any "god" that isn't the God of Abraham is a demon.

the KJV has it: "“For all the gods of the nations are idols: but the LORD made the heavens.”
Nevertheless, since it was written by David, probably around 1,000 b.c. it does answer part of OP's question. Obviously there were many gods around at the time.

Where did they all go?

Palm Beach?

While your response made me smile (thanks), I was genuinely asking with serious intent.

You can Google this, but Baal is still worshipped in some places.

I didn’t ask where the worshipers went. I asked where the gods went.

??? Baal is a god. As the post indicates, it is still around in some places.

So where is Baal then? The actual Baal.

If you google you can find statues of Baal that are in museums now.

How many times do I have to explain? Not asking about statues or worshippers.

Where is Baal himself? Now.

Where is Jesus himself now? Where is “the Father”?

Where is Allah?

Where is God?

Where did they go?

Hello?
Is there anybody out there?

His son Jesus acted up and sent his 12 Apostles out to start Catholic Church.

But what’s up with all the other religions? Did people just make them up and folks blindly followed?

Where do you get that God was Jewish?

And Jesus and the Apostles did not start the "Catholic" Church.

This is an easy enough question to answer, but the fact that you are asking it shows a total lack of education in religious history and history in general. Just go and get a good, secular book about the history of religion, and then read it carefully.

Please don't humor this troll. There are so many issues about choosing your religion, and nothing about your choice process necessarily means you think other religions and gods are "dead." But OP wants to set some bogus "trap" about exclusion, and all subtlety gets lost.

You should just get a sticker (i don't like tattoos) that says "I can't answer simple questions and I don't even try to because they point out flaws in my position".

You can just wear it on your lapel, no need to put it on your head.

Except that’s not what’s going on here. You’re deluding yourself that the scarily ignorant op conveys an actual point. I weep for our educational system.

OP needs to go to a number of theologians - Jewish, Muslim, Catholic/Eastern Orthodox/Oriental Orthodox, & Protestant Christian. She’s wasting her time here for what I admit are good questions.

Sorry if this is repeat, but some of your questions OP might be answered by watching The Story of God series with Morgan Freeman.
