I think you’re confused about biological sex and gender. Nobody disputes that people are “born that way” re: their biological sec. Chromosomes are by definition how you are born. Sometimes people’s gender identity does not match their biological sex. But even trans people know they were born a certain way as far as XY or XX.

That pp isn't confused. You cannot simultaneously believe in gender being fluid (changing), nonbinary (nonexistent), and also so deeply rooted into one's psyche that it even defies the existence of the opposite hormones and genitals.
