What happens if MCPS isn't staffed by the first day of school?

I think they are filling classes with homeless people now that they ran all the teachers out of town.

With teachers or without teacher the kids will be sedentary in a room disregarding the lessons to play on their phones and teachers will be hassled and bullied by admin for not inflating enough, not working enough unpaid overtime, reporting too much, adking for support, etc. Welcome to education in mcps.

It DIDN’T work out at all schools. It was a miserable year that I do not want to repeat. And yet we are not fully staffed so here we go.

I think teachers can all collectively agree last year was the absolute worst year in education we've ever seen. Absolutely no one wants a repeat of last year.

Also didn’t work out for me as a special education teacher-and if this year is the same it’ll be my last

Worse than the shutdown year and the year after when they kept quarantining kids and teachers?
