Anyone have a link to the development plans? Curious what will be there.

I live a few blocks away and moved in when superfresh was open. I will be SO happy to finally have something back there.

Ok but this AI slop is hilarious from the website:

“ Situated at 4330 48th Street NW, Modera Lady Bird is positioned along key thoroughfare Massachusetts Avenue, which passes through three of the city’s four quadrants. The community is also surrounded by various high-end retailers and a thriving healthcare sector that includes nearby Sibley Memorial Hospital. Additionally, prestigious research college American University is within a half mile of the community.”

Also younger people may be in support of development, but are not super worked up about it like the older people who call in - l think it’s a case of the vocal minority dominating. So, as a 40 something who does want to see development, especially on the horribly under used Wisconsin corridor, l would encourage others who are pro development to get more involved. Otherwise the NIMBYs continue to dominate and all we get are vape shops, banks, mattress and frame stores on parts of Wisconsin.

You might sway more neighbors to your vison if you start calling Wisconsin an avenue and not a “corridor.” People don’t want to live in corridors.

LOL the fact that lots of people want to live there is literally the reason a street becomes a "corridor."

You think they build all those tall buildings for nobody to live in, and all those stores and restaurants for nobody to shop and eat in?

This site is the absolute king of out of touch people who think their personal preference is objective fact.
