Am I the only one grossed out by foodies and restaurants using runny egg yolks?

Yeah but Japanese eggs (and eggs in many other countries) are safe to eat raw. I wouldn’t regularly eat tamago gohan with a Walmart egg. |

| Dovetailing, those viral Asian/Japanese clips of frying scrambled eggs. They put sooooo much oil in the pan, it's so gross. Then they leave the tip of the eggs so runny. |
