One of the captions reveals that many of the people taped have had their now blurred faces painted green. If you were to visit Ukrainian sources, they are not as shy about what they are doing.

The discourse concerning Russia’s status as a terrorist state which has destroyed about one-third of Ukraine’s energy infrastructure snd is abducting children to live with Russian families. I can tell you that I know dozens of people from Donetsk, Lugansk, Kharkov, Kiev, Odessa etc. and none are shy about speaking Russian. Kharkov and Odessa in particular.
