One of the convicting prosecutors, Freda Black, died a few years ago from end stage liver disease and alcoholism.

I have no illusions about white men. I've lived with them all my life.

The owl theory is the only theory so far that explains away many bizarre factors in this case. Most specifically her head wounds, which are shaped like talons, and do not have any brain hemorrhage or skull fractures connected to them.

And the twists just keep on coming! SPOILERS

One of the men Michael allegedly had relations with was also murdered in his home. https://thecinemaholic.com/why-did-tyrone-lacour-kill-dennis-rowe/

He was killed by blunt force trauma with NO skull fractures, just like Kathleen. Her death had been an anomaly until that time.

AND Kathleen and the victim in this murder, grew up on the same block in Lancaster PA. Small world. !!

Dennis Rowe was also stabbed multiple time and had other injuries inflicted upon him by his murderer, so the circumstances of his death and injuries don't actually parallel with Kathleen's as it is suggested in the movie.

Does anyone think the eldest son did it? Seems like MP could have been covering for someone.

Isn't Todd the oldest son? The first episode shows him coming home from a party to discover the scene, so not sure how he would've done it.

He did have blood on him -- it was inside of his short leg. Which is part of what they were trying to replicate when they did the tests.

He never attempted CPR on his wife. Former marine, never moved her or tried to help her. Also the fact that the wife looks exactly like Ms Ratliff is crazy.

WOAH!! This video by Todd is insane. Says he killed Kathleen, says he killed Patty. It doesn’t even make sense! He is a damaged young man. https://youtu.be/2NI15RZN8wM

I mean, the dad very probably did it but the son’s video does not make a compelling case in the least. It’s manipulative and/or stymied addict 101. Terribly sad, of course. I hope the other brother and the sisters are doing ok.

Clearly we have a homicidal owl on the loose.

I'm watching it the documentary on Netflix and I'm on episode 4 out of 12 ... wow, it's really good and fascinating. It's amazing to see all the work that goes into a trial.

So I know that this was produced with the defense. My impressions are:

- Peterson's lawyer is so good!!
- I honestly can't believe they exhumed the old friend.
- It seems like SC is out to get him.
- I kinda like him and want him to be innocent.

I know roughly how this ends but looking forward to wasting several more hours on my life on it.

Earlier, someone said that Peterson had a relationship with one of the film directors, and I was thinking it was a man, but no, it's the woman! I just read a Vanity Fair article about it. She started writing him letters and sending him books in prison because she was distraught over the verdict. They had a romantic relationship for 13 years and parted as friends.

Now watch the Netflix series. It’s fun to see how different they make us feel (though I never liked him)

No the eldest son is the one who was troubled. He was intentionally kept away from trial and discovered the blow poke. It just seems odd that he was kept away for what seemed to be a minor offense in his youth. It is also implied that the sons were financially dependent on their parents and that Kathleen was tired of providing support, as she was the only person working. He also said in the doc that he envied their relationship. The interpretation was that this was because the relationship was perfect but perhaps this was an issue.

How was he troubled and what was the minor offense? I haven't read anything about that.
