What weird things do you eat for meals?

We've all heard of eating breakfast for dinner. But I often eat dinner-type things for breakfast. Ravioli? Sure! Leftover chicken breast? Sure! I was so relived when I found out Japanese people eat fish for breakfast because I sometimes do too, despite being a white american. This morning I was scrounging since I don't have a lot of food currently as a trip is coming, and I just had cashews and blueberries for breakfast.

What off-the-beaten-path things do you eat for breakfast?

Down south we’ve always eaten fried chicken biscuits so nothing weird about eating “savory” things for breakfast!

I've been microwaving a bowl of frozen mixed vegetables and topping it with parmesan. I committed to eating a lot more vegetables, and doing this for breakfast seemed like a great way to do it. And I've found I actually like it.

I like cottage cheese with savory mix-ins. Currently doing diced cucumber and tomato with everything bagel seasoning.

I've been doing "girl dinner" before it was called that haha.
My weirdest ones are normally cheese cut up and spicy pickled peppers (like pepperoncini but the spicier version, california pepper?). I eat the pepper, then eat some cheese, then another pepper etc

Other than that, I used to do "Scandal Dinner" which is popcorn and red wine.

Sometimes I'd just microwave a potato and cut it up and eat it with some butter and greek yogurt (never have sour cream).

Dinner food for breakfast is great.

Some pasta dishes, cold pizza, a charcuterie type plate, quesadillas.

^^yeah, I had cheese and popcorn with some pickles out of the jar and rolled my eyes that people think this is a "thing".

A baked sweet potato with butter and cinnamon.

I’m Asian and I will eat my leftovers for breakfast - rice and fish, tofu stew, etc. I also enjoy a caprese salad, chickpeas (chana masala), and spicy cucumber pickles (like oshinko) and rice in the morning,

Cold pizza. A classic breakfast food.

I often eat leftovers for breakfast- cold pizza, hamburger, beef stew. Etc.

For me, easy (no) prep and minimal cleanup (or dishes) are key and it's a lot more filling (than your traditional breakfast foods).

I love a hunk of meat for breakfast. Leftover steak, chicken thigh, salmon. I just gnaw on it.

Not hungry at all in the morning. My slow stomach is still digesting.
Lots of coffee though.

I eat any leftovers.

Today I didn’t have them, so I had a TJ’s palak paneer. Not sorry.
