Has everyone received the updated AAP email regarding selecting the choice of placement? It appears that some people received it yesterday, and the link provided in the original email from April 5, 2024, which instructed parents to wait until April 10th for more information, now states...
Due to technology challenges, families will indicate their choice of placement by email. Please see the updated April 10 email regarding your student's eligibility and options. Follow the directions at the end of the email and send your decision to AAP@FCPS.edu. Families have until May 6, 2024 to indicate their acceptance of full-time AAP services. If the email isn't received by day's end, what's the next step? Should we send an email to AAP@FCPS.edu or call the FCPS AAP office at 571-423-4740? |

| I did not. I don’t know anyone else at my base school who was accepted to know if they did or not. I emailed the AAP office to ask what we should do if we didn’t receive an email. |

| A parent reached out to me and asked if I also got the second email, I didn’t and my DC got accepted into the program. This is weird and concerning some accepted students received the email and some didn’t. |
