wife working weekend 24 hrs

My wife has got a new shift. She works all sat evening to sunday evening and in between shifts she stays at work.

She goes in saturday 6 pm and does shift till 11 pm. Stays at work.for 2 hrs in break room till 1 am and stafts new shift 1 am sunday to 10 am then a few hr break n restarts another shift till 6 pm.

She cant come home as we dont have a car. But this is a bit suspicious to me

You say she can’t come home because you don’t have a car. That sounds like a known problem. What do you expect her to do, turn down the shift and potentially get fired?

Said they only paid her 6 hrs for 12 hrs work

I would normally think not coming home is suspicious. DH will take call and still come home to eat and shower but he has a car to drive home and back.

Is this very low pay? Low they spending the money for an Uber is not worth coming back.

Shifts you described don’t sound reasonable from company liability perspective, if one company.

I work 12s. I few years ago I was commuting an hour each way more on the way home. Sometimes when it was back to back 12s I stayed at work or went to a friends to sleep. Nothing suspicious other than not wanting to sit in traffic.
Either you trust your spouse or you don’t.

Sounds more like a wife posting as a husband - LOL. What is suspicious? Seems like you don't understand shift work.

1. If he only have two hours between shifts how can he come home?
2. If he doesn't have a car how can he come home quick enough to return?

Dude! This is so clearly a lie, they are going in for one shift and then spending what would be the second shift with their affair partner.


If you want confirmation it’s east, just pack up a nice dinner, get an Uber to bring you to where she works so you can spend her two hour break with her, I promise you you’re gonna be eating and crying by yourself in the parking lot.
