Easy veggie side for bbq

Anonymous
I’m smoking some beer can chickens this weekend and making potato salad. What’s an easy veggie side to go alongside? We will be about 12 ppl. Thanks! Might just do a green salad but would like something a bit more interesting.

Cole slaw counts as a vegetable! Broccoli salad is also good.

I like a salad with diced cucumbers, halved cherry tomatoes, thinly sliced red onion, red wine vinegar dressing, and crumbled feta. Chopped mint is a nice addition too.
