In Baltimore, no
It was a 4.7 in Jersey
In Baltimore, yes. My desk shook.
NJ resident here. My entire office building shook! We thought a truck hit the building at first. It was intense to put it mildly. My coworkers and I are were all calling our families to see if they were ok. |
In Bethesda my house shook.
Not in NWDC.
My building in NYC shook. A nice rumble, never felt anything like that before.

I didn't feel it in Vienna
Penn quarter - ever so slightly.
Yes in NE DC but I was the only one in my house who did. Fwiw I was on the second floor and they were in ground floor.
Specifically, I was sitting at my dining room table and felt the floor shake. My Easter bunny paper decoration on the table had trembling ears for a bit. Sometimes our house shakes from large trucks driving by, but this was a different sensation. Not up and down, but side to side. |
