Lacinato kale recipe…no heavy cream

I have frozen lacinato kale and would love a baked gratin or casserole that doesn’t involve 2 cups of heavy cream. Cheese yes, a little heavy cream but not 2cups…please come in with ideas.

Torta de acelga but sub the swiss chard for kale. Egg optional, serve with a delicious aoili. One of my favorite quick meals from Argentina.

Not a casserole, but I had this pasta at a restaurant in London and loved it SO much (and I am not a kale lover). They gave the recipe to this online magazine and I replicated it at home. It's pretty easy and was as good as I remember the restaurant version being.
