| How far before tryouts do they list who's going to be coaching which teams for next year? There's a club I want my kid to try out at but not if the current person coaching their age group would be their coach. |
Hes in his 1st year of the cycle. He'll be with them next year |
| Its called IG login and follow the clubs you're curious about. Most if not all have posted. |
Depends on the league, most NL teams have announced. RL/NCSL/EDP those slates will probably come out a few weeks before those clubs hold ID sessions. |
how could you possibly know to whom the OP is referring? |

| Why would a club hold tryouts or ID sessions when they don't even have the coaching slate out. |
| I feel like it is around the beginning of April that you should start seeing clubs post that based on what has happened in the past. I expect they work on coaches over the winter and once they have them they move to the actual schedule but that is just my guess. If you look at VYSA job postings there are a lot of clubs looking for coaches. |
Happens all the time. Always be skeptical when a TD is listed as the coach, especially if the TD didn’t have that year/age group the year prior. |
| A well ran and organized club would announce the coaches prior to ID sessions and tryouts. |
Troll troll troll. Here, have a cookie. |
| Most won't tell you who is coaching what until right before tryouts on purpose. Register wherever and just don't go if you don't want a certain coach if they are coaching next year. |
What purpose would that be? |
For the exact reason the op mentioned is one. |
