It can be all three or just one. It's for a preteen that has a hard time falling alseep. Any and all recs welcome, in addition to ther advice. (We do melatonin already--but thinking of adding in mg and l-theanine)

Barre3's online program just did a sleep-focused series, with yoga and breathing exercises to prepare the body for sleep. They are not super long. I didn't do the whole thing but did some of them and they were effective. I like their breathing exercises a lot. No meditation but it all has a kind of meditative vibe.

I'm pretty sure you can sign up for a free month of the service as a trial (just remember to cancel if you don't want to keep it). Since you probably don't want the full Barre3 service just for this. But could be a good way to kickstart a bedtime yoga/breathing routine and then just use it as a guide for creating her own thing.

Down dog yoga app is excellent and affordable. You can tailor the length of the session, any focus areas, the type of yoga desired, the voice, background music.
