Barre3's online program just did a sleep-focused series, with yoga and breathing exercises to prepare the body for sleep. They are not super long. I didn't do the whole thing but did some of them and they were effective. I like their breathing exercises a lot. No meditation but it all has a kind of meditative vibe.
I'm pretty sure you can sign up for a free month of the service as a trial (just remember to cancel if you don't want to keep it). Since you probably don't want the full Barre3 service just for this. But could be a good way to kickstart a bedtime yoga/breathing routine and then just use it as a guide for creating her own thing. |
| Down dog yoga app is excellent and affordable. You can tailor the length of the session, any focus areas, the type of yoga desired, the voice, background music. |
