Is Bret Baier's Berkley mansion really worth nearly $30 million?

Well-publicized this Foxhall Road mansion is his (former) home after his family moved to Florida. I don't see how this is worth even one-third of its ask.

I don’t think it was their residence, I think it’s a spec house.

It’s such a shame bc the original house there had amazing original detail. They should have just renovated and added on to that instead of building this tacky monstrosity. The foyer is vulgar. I’d guess it goes for $16
