Why would you do this?
You could smoke on your balcony if it’s allowed and it would waft to theirs. Make “ apartment noise” like you can’t play loud music but you can run a vacuum at weird hours. Open and close doors loudly. Those are things that are considered apartment living and Police can’t do anything. |
