How big? |
$50-100k |

Just replacing our vanity and adding a Japanese style tub to our bathroom cost me $5k in labor not including materials
|
We have a large bathroom but didn’t change placement and chose medium to nice materials. Was 70k. Love it now. |
10' by 12' bathroom cost us $40k. |
Im currently shopping for a design/build for a large master. We have been quoted 65-85 for standard, prob more like 125 for tricked out a bit. |
We just recently replaced the tile on our large shower (there was a leak) and that alone was $10K. |
Likewise, maybe 65K. |
We redid our 8x12, master bathroom ~2 years ago for $40K with Carrara marble floor and shower, soaking tub, double vanity, frameless glass walk-in shower, floor to ceiling wall cabinet. I can't imagine a rip and replace job costing over $45K unless you got some extremely expensive tile. |
Two years ago is irrelevant. |
OP, what kind of finishes are you looking at? Our allowances alone (double vanity, stone counter, shower glass, tile, plumbing fixtures, towel bar/ TP holder accessories, vanity lights) are close to 12K. |
95k - 145k depending on your tastes |
This is very similar to a quote we just got in NWDC for an 8x9 space, although we don't have the soaking tub or floor to ceiling wall cabinet. |
