SJC Closed tomorrow?!

| Got a text this morning that SJC is closed tomorrow due to a school presidents holiday. This was not on the schedule. Anyone know what’s this about? Kind of shocking to have this last minute cancellation. |

Mine has a pop up saying the school is closed. And it’s under alerts. I’ve never heard of a “heads day” surprise day off. But maybe that’s what it is. |

Usually parents get a notice a little before the kids do. |

They did it last year as well - a special day off granted by the President of the School.

that is great probably for Super Bowl as a surprise - kids are old enough they won't need childcare |

| Catholic boys schools in B’more do this as well, generally tied to some community service benchmark, eg if student body donates x number of cans, then dat after Super Bowl is off. It’s really nice - boys love it. |
