WHAT A JOKE. I cannot believe Ticketmaster screwed up this badly! First the codes didn't work and then they reversed which group got priority?

My coworker literally bought her tickets for the Pittsburgh show and was done by 10:30. She couldn't believe the rest of us in the office raging about the line timeouts and long queue times.

I know she didn't have a boosted status because she didn't even know what that was. I asked if she'd ever bought anything off Taylor's website and she said no, her DD always got the Target exclusive albums. I had a boost from pre-ordering Midnights and I've bought lots of merch off her site for my girls.

I was already skeptical of if the boost even did anything since it took me until almost 6 PM to secure tickets and I wasn't even going for the most popular Philadelphia location. Now I know why.

at least you got tickets. i’ve spent more than i’d care to admit on merch from her site. we spent over 5 hours trying to get tickets today (weren’t picked for lottery yesterday) and still got nothing.

I don’t have boosted status. I’m just a regular mom who got verified for my kid, like a million others. I waited about 5 hours to get seats for Pittsburg. I know others who did the same, in my similar situation. They didn’t even get tickets.

The people who got really screwed were those who were let out of the queue between about 10:15 and 11am. There was a window of time when none of the codes worked. I was in this group.
Then those who were let out between about 11am to 3pm were let out in a steady trickle and were able to purchase tickets.
Then at 3pm the entire queue was emptied and there was a mad dash all at once for the remaining tickets. I was back in the waiting room during this and was let out. The code I had which was denied earlier worked this time but I couldn't grab any tickets.

Really, it was just luck as to when you were let out of the waiting room.

Seems this is accurate. I was released from the waiting room in the big dump at the end and nothing was left.

PP here. I was willing to take anything including nosebleeds and couldn't get anything. I tried 6, 5, 4, and 3 tickets. I couldn't go below 3 because i have 2 daughtrers. NOTHING.

I was able to get 2 nosebleeds only because I was nice and tried to get the max amount of tickets (6) to share them with friends. Had I tried 2 right off the bat, I would have probably had great seats. Mine are for the NJ stadium so I am reaaaaly far back

This happemed to me but the situation kicked me out. When I got back in I just grabbed what I could and then was shocked at how muc I spent.

Denver--was able to put 5 floor seats into my cart but they came to $4500 with fees. I threw them back and wasn't able to get anything else

Las Vegas --shut out --made it into the ticking room, put dozens in my cart but never got any

LA #1 --shut out ----made it into the ticking room but everything was sold out a minute after I arrived

LA #2 (last show of the tour)-- got five $225 tickets. Not sure yet what I'm going to do with these. May sell all or family friends may use these.

That was me yesterday--I spent 5.5 hours on Ticketmaster and no tickets. We opened a Capital One card last night and decided to try in 6-8 cities today while working. It's not as if the tickets were handed to me or we did anything that wasn't available to anyone else.

3 Ticketmaster accounts-my husband and I have each had one for years and my teen daughter also has one that she opened for this sale.

Yesterday, from the moment I got off the queue till the moment seats were completely gone it took under 10 minutes. NJ, MetLife stadium. Memorial Day weekend. I only saw nosebleed tickets or behind the stage, and only in pairs of 2 or single seats. I wanted to take the whole family, but now it’s just me and the eldest. At least I got some tickets, so I consider myself fortunate. Ticket prices ranged from $100 to $500+.

All those saying Ticketmaster is horrible, know that Glendale, AZ, which used seatgeek, worked exactly the same. Shut out yesterday, today with Capital One, I had 2 tickets in my cart then got an error while trying to purchase. It put me back in line, with tix sold out before I got another chance.

My neighbor and her husband (at work) had the same story.

It's the whole process, not just ticketmaster.
