I am extremely petite so it is difficult for me to lose weight. I was stuck at 124 for 2 years until I had to deal with a difficult family situation which made me lose my appetite.
I would basically force myself to eat one meal a day. And I ended up losing 5 lbs! I was surprised as I eat very healthfully to begin with! But even salmon and veggies contain calories I suppose! |
