A topic on jobs and careers has me wondering: how old are most you?
I’m solid GenX: 1976, but we don’t matter anyways. |
| I’m oldest Gen X- 1965 |
| Just a bit older than you-born in 1975. |
| 1979, but I first found DCUM when my teenager was a baby. So I’ve been here off and on since my early 30s. |
| 1972, but I don’t act my age. |
| 1986 |
| 1981. Been on DCUM for 18 years now. Wow. |
| I was born in 1990. I don't have kids, but I used to be a teacher so I lurked on here. I still frequently visit the travel, politics, and off topic forums. I actually found DCUM through Google while searching for travel advice. |
| 1967 and I’ve been here since it was a listserve, about 20 years? |
+1 on both |
|
I feel like this post shows up once a week now.
1970. We are all super old. |
| 1973. The best year to be born. |
|
1972. This is funny, I thought most of you were younger.
Been here on and off for 11 years. That’s the age of DD. |
| Older Gen X and look it and act older than my age. |
I'm a pp that was born in 1975. I've been noticing this lately. If you look at Jeff's daily write ups about the 4 most popular threads, a lot of them are usually ones about college kids/applying to college. He only started doing those daily write ups recently, but I bet if he had done them 10 years ago, the most popular threads would have been about elementary age kids. |
