Looks like it was just teased on Instagram.

Does that mean McLean is kicking them out of Union?

Or they voluntarily left that s*** show.

Indeed.

Will be interesting to see this play out.

McLean has nothing in the younger ages without SYC. Sinking ship over there.

Glad this is becoming official for us!

McLean has ECNL. That alone will get kids to show up at U13

Choosing GA over ECNL. Good way to lose the best players.

Think what you want, big guy. We are going to dominate this market.

We? Are you a board member?

That IG is comical.

By all means, please tell me what age group SYC will dominate GA in? Your only hope is if FCV retires it's charter and Revolution does not replace it. Otherwise SYC will just be another mediocre GA club.

2 GA clubs literally in the same place. Great.

Unless there's some collaborative thing that's about to be announced.

Union will be fine - the SYC experiment wasn’t great because aside from the very top of a few teams, McLean was still most of the pipeline and team. If anything, this will help open up Union because there won’t be this idea that there is direct a line from SYC into the club — because that was never the case. In the end, they will all be fine because there is a ton of talent in this area.

Initially, SYC GA will draw some kids but in the long run, who is going to put their kid in GA and expect to get D1 school offers? FCV's success is from BP having lots of connections. No D1s are watching GA.
