Highschool will likely need private. College at 18/19.
Debt is 30k secured with repo /charged off car.
Owe 1200 on my car.
Mortgage 4800
Owe 640, house worth 670ish
Is this bankruptcy?

Can you break down your monthly payments? I don’t understand how you can have kids in private school

It's not bankruptcy, it's poor financial decisions.

Actual we are going back to public to get the special Ed plan in place for the state to pay. I did not know the state should’ve been paying-op

No. You have $32k in non-mortgage debt and you make $190k.

You just need a budget.

No bankruptcy is needed.

Your non-mortgage debt is $12k on car and $30k secured by a second car?

1) you need a budget. Both the app by that name and the reality
2) drastically cut back on your expenses. No more eating out, cut back any reoccurring expenses and subscriptions, go through your reoccurring expenses and try to lower them.
3) consider selling one of the cars. If you have $30k secured by a car, presumably it is worth more than $30k. Sell it.
4) take the private school for high school or at all out of your considerations. You can’t afford it.

Apologies if this is too obvious, but it seems that you cannot afford to live in the house you live in, and need to sell it and rent someplace much less expensive, and then start paying down your debt.

That is one of my thoughts. Don’t like house and commute fees area another couple hundred a month.
