Can an older woman wear a long winter coat? Or is that style only for someone young?

I don’t even understand the question. All dress coats are long. If anything, older women are MORE likely to wear them than younger women. Every woman should have at least one long coat in her wardrobe.
OP, is this some weird style of coat you are talking about? Is it a giant puffy coat? I genuinely do not understand. |
