| It appears that one hour of part sun is all that remains for us now, a few days a week. RIP sun. I would happily take crisp, cold but sunny days over these constant dreary grey days. |
| Get a Verilux lightbox for $40 - sunshine in your very own home! |

| Not here in New Mexico! Bright and sunny, as usual. |
| I feel you OP. Depression ensuing. |
Such a whiner. It will be clear all day tomorrow.

I hear you, OP. Loved the sunshine this morning, though!
Get a lightbox if you know you have serious SAD symptoms. Otherwise, use candles and soft lighting throughout your house. Get outside even if it's simply standing in your own yard for a few minutes a few times per day when it's daylight. Also, remind yourself the days are already getting longer. We already have 12 more minutes of daylight today than we had on Christmas, and by January 31st we'll have added another 30min. Hang in there. |
That's what they said about today, and many days the past few weeks. But the sun was short lived. Cats everywhere are unable to charge themselves. |
| Sorry. It doesn’t stay dark long enough at this latitude in winter for me. I’ll commiserate with you when summer comes and the dang sun won’t go down soon enough. |
| What's going on with these clouds? It's not ever like this even in the winter we usually get a decent amount of sun this is nuts. |
| What are you talking about? I had an appt at 11 am and it was bright and sunny most of the day |

When I lived in Milwaukee I started going to a tanning bed just so I could soak up the rays. Not all of us are made for the cold life.
Make sure if you do see the sun that you go sit in your car, even if it's for five minutes. |
I guess OP wasn't at your appointment with you. |
| I miss the sun too, it is grey skies daily now |
