Yeah, poor girl. She experienced actual torture at the hands of her mother. I don't think she should have served a day of jail time. Hope she has at least received intensive psychiatric care.

I just finished the 2nd episode of prison confessions, and realized I can't watch more without a cable login. Now I'm mad.

She's was for sure abused but I think there is more mental illness on her end then they're portraying. I'll never forgot the video at the police station her faking not knowing about the murder. I think she's more manipulating than people think.

The sad thing is that she has been exploited since birth. First by her mother, now by society. Reality show sharks are using her and the rest of us watch for entertainment. This is sadly an “easy” way for her to earn money with no real skill or education. But the price will be high with impact on her mental health. Husband seems sketchy too. Anyone who seeks out a prisoner has issues.

I’ve not watched a single documentary or any movie on this. I’ve read a little about her online but not the details. I think it would be too much for me. Same thing with that Natalia Grace woman. I’d rather not know the details. I’m a child abused survivor so maybe that’s it. Sadly, she’ll likely continue to be victimized based on the media frenzy.

I am not following the story, I admit but saw headlines about her wanting to meet Taylor Swift or something like that and there seems to be like a celebrity frenzy surrounding her. I understand that she was an abuse victim but she was also guilty of a crime, no matter how sympathetic her story and all of the attention swirling around her seems off-putting. Maybe I would feel differently if I read about what she went through; I have not.

I feel bad for her. There's no way this media's attention is healthy for her. She needs intense therapy

I never said it was deep BUT it's a fact.
I doubt her mom could have gotten away with it if Gypsy looked more normal.
