Is discussion of Hilaria and Alec Baldwin permitted here? I know the old thread is locked but had stopped reading it a few hundred pages in, so I don’t know why it got locked.

I can't see why not? There was maybe/probably a reason not directly and specifically related to the Baldwins that caused the thread to be locked.

Ok - so I got sucked into the Reddit dedicated to her and a pinned post - I believe top post - alleges incoming definitive proof that the fakery was not merely the accent, origin story, nationality - but rather faking all the pregnancies except the 1st. So the other 6 kids were, allegedly, delivered by surrogates, though the Baldwins have only copped to 1. So that’s strange…but that’s not it. Allegedly, allegedly, allegedly: she did not breastfeed any of the babies excepting the first, and the surrogates provided milk. Okay, not so weird BUT but but Hilaria has posted a ton of breastfeeding content: lots of images of all of the children on the boob. The allegation is that the babies did not get any milk from her, and that the donated/purchased milk all came from others.

So why would she pose and post that way? I don’t just mean the “looking hot in a sexy bra” “sexy mami” thing. I mean - allegedly allegedly allegedly - placing a non-latched baby on a breast that is not producing milk, taking photos of it, and posting them is another kind of content and another kind of abuse.

I went down the rabbit hole too but have followed her on insta for years. I believe she gave birth to 6 of her kids and breastfed all 7 of them.
There is no reason to lie about it.
I also think they’re good parents.

I would like to politely and respectfully state that I do not like Hilaria and Alec Baldwin very much. With all due respect, I experience little sparkles of schadenfreude in my admittedly toxic heart when I imagine their downfall.

She has shown her pregnant belly multiple times. I don’t believe she used surrogates for 6 of her kids.

I mean, to be fair, the story itself is off the rails! This is definitely a “Truth is stranger than fiction” type content so it’s kinda hard to stay ON the rails with that level of cray cray!

I like to imagine he legitimately didn’t know about the accent thing until recently and she’s just THAT good at her fakery.
And then by the time he discovered it, he was in too deep since he literally went on talk shows describing how exotic she is and how he “married a foreigner” and he’s just a tad too narcissistic to admit he was a chump who got taken by the lie so he just kind of adjusted and helped her cover with the whole “well I spent a lot of time in Spain…” explanation.

I won’t comment on their parenting. But they could definitely teach a master class in deception.

I think he saw what he wanted to see with her. He wanted Selma but got the Wish version instead. So he had to help improve the narrative.
