Same tired hype trotted out by the cheerleaders during application season. This has already been shot down in so many other threads on DCUM. Actually, some were removed when hypesters were found using multiple accounts, I think. That says a lot right there.

I doubt this one will last long once the admins notice it.

Well, the rankings don’t mean that this is a good school or one I would ever consider for my kids. But since they are under-enrolled and desperate for more students maybe there are people out there who see a #1 ranking hyped by the school and don’t know anything else about private schools in the area so they will take a look. I feel like Mclean has its own sense of community. Thus the school may be well known in Mclean but not other areas yet.

There is no disputing the Niche rankings are significant.
