3 out of state public "flagships" 1 out of state large public, but not the "flagship" 1 private out of state He's been accepted at all, except the out of state "non flagship"-decisions will come out in mid-January and it's his top choice. His second choice is the private one, and he's already been offered a merit scholarship that will bring the costs down to what we would pay for one of our in state (Virginia) publics. |
