Anyone else struggling with anxiety and stress with the upcoming holidays? I know Xmas is only one day and NYE only one day, but I have so much anxiety leading up to these events about the calorie intake and eating a full meal in front of others. Who recommends a "just go for it and enjoy yourself" attitude versus "be regimented but allow yourself some enjoyment". I'm fearing the guilt from total enjoyment will cripple me! |

I am a glutton at the holidays. But I work out extra hard the week before and will hop on the treadmill at the hotel or my in laws for a 30 minute walk if I need to. |
