Holiday Eating Stress

Anyone else struggling with anxiety and stress with the upcoming holidays? I know Xmas is only one day and NYE only one day, but I have so much anxiety leading up to these events about the calorie intake and eating a full meal in front of others. Who recommends a "just go for it and enjoy yourself" attitude versus "be regimented but allow yourself some enjoyment". I'm fearing the guilt from total enjoyment will cripple me!

There are other things at play in this post than calorie counting. Best of luck.

I am a glutton at the holidays. But I work out extra hard the week before and will hop on the treadmill at the hotel or my in laws for a 30 minute walk if I need to.
