Body composition scale

Anonymous
Does anyone have a recommendation for a scale that also accurately assesses body fat?

I have a FITINDEX scale recommended by my dietician. All scales measure body fat by using resistance in the wave it sends through your feet. The more liquid you have in your system, the lower your body fat. The key is to measure the first thing every morning. Ideally, you should calibrate it to a dexa scan (eg Composition ID) of your body. The scales are all fairly accurate. They’re better for monitoring change though.

I agree the scale only body impedance ones aren’t all that great. I use a withings body+ from a few years ago and wit bounces around A LOT, but is in the ball park for me in athlete mode.

Meant to add I agree it’s good for trend analysis
