I'm confused . I thought UVA was not longer "deferring" for ED and EA. Or do I have that wrong? Or is "waitlist" shorthand for bump to the RD cycle.

But still I thought UVA was doing away with waitlist or deferral for ED and EA (which I think is a good thing). Am I wrong?
