| The letter said the in state tuition waiver and scholarship over 4 years was valued at $90k in the second paragraph of the letter. It didn't tell me what portion was for the in state tuition waiver and what portion was for the scholarship. |

OOS deferred. 28 ACT. 3.5 GPA.
Only kids I know who got in are well above the common data set average. Kids well within range (which will not change dramatically) deferred. |
