| We’ll be doing turkey breast for Christmas dinner. I did this once for T-Day and used the Barefoot recipe. From what I can recall it turned out well. Just checking to see if anyone has any other suggestions. Thanks! |

Get a meat injector and fill it with melted butter. Best way to keep a breast moist!

I’ve used Barefoot’s but this year I used this one and thought it was better
https://disheswithdad.com/herb-roasted-split-turkey-breast/ I think the most important thing is getting the cooking time/temp right. I put a little broth in the pan when I turned the oven down and basted it every 20 min. If you miss that up, nothing else you do will matter. |
