I said on the last thread that it would only be a matter of time before there was another human fatality by a pit bull mauling (in the US; at least three fatal attacks on humans by pit bulls happened globally since that time) and here it is. Any dog can, theoretically, attack and murder, yet it’s pit bulls who are the culprit over and over and over again.

No way is any American Pit Bull Terrier 100 pounds. My Great Pyrenees cross is only 70 pounds.

This is an untrained, poorly socialized dog surrounded by idiots, but it's not a pit bull.

Just read an article that came into my newsfeed, where a woman lost her limbs thanks to her pet pitbull. If can find the article I will post the link. Those dogs are a menace and need to be eradicated.

I post every single fatal mauling of an adult human by a pit bull that is publicly posted and every public posting of maulings of children and infants, whether or not they’re fatal, within the United States. It’s not a hobby so much as I think dogs are wonderful and should enhance human lives, not end them.

I think OP is a little kooky. But I think it should be illegal for animal shelters to adopt pit bulls. Too many ignorant people adopting them.
