I feel like I have a parasite!
I normally skip breakfast, or eat something much later, but this morning I woke up fully hungry. I had oatmeal and a yogurt at 6am before I left to head to work. I just broke into my lunch because I’m hungry again. It’s 9:30am. |

| I don’t normally eat breakfast, but if I eat carbs, I’m famished again shortly after. I’m like this after I eat a bowl of pho. I love pho, but then like an hour or two later, I’m starving. |

Oatmeal is carb heavy, and not really super satiating. Spikes your sugar, which makes you feel hungry. |

| I disagree about oatmeal. I find it quite filling. I think you got up too early and ate too early. You should eat breakfast daily. What time did you eat last the night before? |

| I don't know but my body currently thinks I'm a bear about to go into winter hibernation. Eat all the food. |
