How is it possible the state of Maryland faces these kinds of budget shortfalls due to a 'lackluster economy' when the Dems tell us this is a smash up roaring economy under Biden? That must mean MD is a really crappy place to do business and start a business. All those.MoCoites said it didn't matter that for the last 20+ years they've been getting the floor mopped with themselves when it comes to losing all of the business good to NoVa. Well, looks like chickens are coming home roost and the state is going to be billions in the red. Kinda hard to have a progressive agenda when you don't have money to spend:

How does the state of MD have such dire fiscal outlook during a time of so-called economic boom? How bad would the state get if there were ever a recession? We all know the inevitable....cuts to transportation and infrastructure in MD are just a tip of the iceberg. It's only a matter of time until Dems increase taxes to try to plug hemorrhaging budgets.
