she asked, diving into a giant piece of veggie pot pie at 10:30 in the morning
the struggle is real! |
I think the issue with the last 5 is that the amount of effort to lose the last five is exponentially harder than the first 5 or whatever. |
Dial your scale back. Done. |
You are my kind of people! |
This is OP - and you are DEFINITELY my kind of people. The pot pie was delicious BTW. |
I think I know why |
It might be veggie but it is a Giant piece. 10:30am is not morning. Is that suppose to be your breakfast or lunch? It might be categorize as a brunch time on the weekends but...is that a snack? At 10:30, it should be a piece of fruit if you need it, otherwise, drink alot of water until the actual lunch. And lunch can not last for 2 hours (that means you shouldn't be Eating for 2 hours).
Between your lunch and dinner, it should be 1-2 fruits/snacks and maybe that Small piece of veggie pot pie. Emphasize small as in 2-3 spoonful-regular size spoon, not that giant spoon you use. |
Op, just don’t eat for a couple days. Problem solved. |
Aren’t you a peach. |
Struggle is real indeed but so is 10.30 AM pot pie. |
Oh dear. The point went right over your head, it seems. |
lol Nice. |
Or 6:30 pm Haagen Dos. |
People who have 30-40-50 lbs to lose think it’s easy to lose 5 because their first five falls off if they make one tiny change. The smaller you get, the harder your body clings to that 5lbs. If I tried to lose 5lbs I would have to be so restrictive and even then my body would hold on as long as possible. |
Ugh, this is how I feel. Menopause caught up with me this year. I would be happier and more comfortable five pounds lighter. But it is TOUGH. I'm 5'5" and 125 now ... thought 120 was the line I'd never cross. Ha! |
