I need ideas on how to use up a lot of leftover honeybaked ham. Non-Thanksgivingesque meals please. So far I have sandwiches, snacking on it plain.
I am Over sweet, potatoes, or mashed potatoes or anything resembling a Thanksgiving plate. |
| Omelettes for breakfast and quiches, which can be frozen. |
| Freeze it and save for new years or Christmas. |

Add to bean soup
Add to a creamy pasta dish, with peas Portion out and FREEZE |
|
Ham and cheese sliders with hot mustard
Chicken Cordon Blue Macaroni and cheese with ham Green eggs and ham |
| Definitely portion it out and freeze it until it sounds appetizing again. |

Our favorite is Ham Balls. This is very popular in the PA Dutch community. They freeze well so make a big batch and divide into a few meals worth.
