New flight paths coming to Bethesda?

Does anyone know anything about the new flight paths for airplanes landing at National airport that are coming to Bethesda sometime this summer? I was not able to find anything online. I wrote to our Montgomery County leaders but received no response. I saw a post on social media a few weeks ago but now I cannot find it.

If this is true what options do you propose that won't then affect other neighborhoods/towns if they were to change their flight path?

The same group from Montgomery County tried to devastate my neighborhood two years ago. Thankfully, they were stopped in time.
