They are calling for Trump/ICE to do this the legal, safe way. Trump seems to have a lot of evidence against these criminals. It’s what he campaigned on. He would need a plan to prioritize criminals and then people who haven’t been here long (see Obama plan). He would need to enlist LE and investigators to find those who are dangerous. He would need to come up with a plan to fill the jobs left behind and to deal with rising cost of groceries (old-fashioned word). He would need to pick up where previous presidents left off and already got the ball rolling.

But he does not have the knowledge, attention span, skills, or respect from experts and leaders that he would need. So instead, we pull parents from their kids. We pull hard-working employees from their job. It all looks the same in tv, so who really cares?

Because the sanctuaries are not holding the criminals to be picked up by ICE. They are being released into the streets, so ICE has to go into the streets to get them. Anyone else picked up alongside will also be deported.

An immigration court appointment is not the same as a citizenship appointment. These are recent arrivals who could and should have been immediately removed, but Biden instead let them into the country on parole.
Trump administration has instead dropped the case, and with no case pending they turn into expedited removals. For expedited removals, there is no more due process required.

Sure but many people who are being deported did enter LEGALLY under our immigration laws (temporary protected status). Trump has just revoked this status for many and that is what has suddenly made many (perhaps almost a majority - we will never know bc the Trump admin is not disclosing details) of these people “illegal”.

Please do some research and reading before falling for the MaGA talking points.

These people are not being arrested. They are being notified and given a date with which to leave.
