You post frequent with lots of valuable information.

But it is so difficult to understand what you are posting because you post everything in random fragments that are completely uncomnected to the previous fragment. It reads like an inner monologue starting midway between several independent conversations.

Would you consider posting either in complete sentences or bullet points?

I think your sharing of valuable insight and history would be so more effective if it was written in a simple, clear and concise way.

Right now the posts read like

"Bacon and eggs. Blew my budget... annoying cashier, (insert link) Kid always complaining; FIVE HOURS! (Insert link) Recipes never work for me??? thanks mother in law.. quit calling. Always start the day with breakfast"

OMG, I’m dying. Spot on.

That’s just cruel.

It is not at all cruel.

The information she posts is almost always quite important and valid, but her posts are so difficult to follow. It is not because she appears to struggle with English as she appears to be a native speaker. And it is not because of typos, as all her many posts are like that.

Her posts are a bunch of random, seemingly unconnected thoughts written as phrases in one long run on sentence with a lot of punctuation.

I sincerely wish she would post in a concise, direct, coherent way because she seems to know so much and is sharing information that is valuable to this discussion.

Right now, people are seeing her posts and thinking "What the eff did ai just read?"

But if you go back and read the posts 2 or 3 times, you can see that this poster has a ton of valuable information to share.

Most people won't get beyond the "What the eff did I just read" part, so they will completely miss her valuable contributions to the discussion.

And fair facts matter sent its members to community meetings throughout county (and spread them at different tables) even though they lived in great falls to make it seem there was opposition everywhere.

Fair facts matters didn’t do this. They did encourage people to attend a meeting. Sometimes the one for your region didn’t work for your schedule. But they were all the same format. It’s not like attending one versus another was any different.

Do you know who did send their people to every meeting with written agendas for the tables. Mantua. Where hall, Woodson third school board appointed rep lives. Where she is all for equity as long as it doesn’t involve mantua. Ok for you but not for me right?

Didn’t Mantua do this as well?

Jinx. They are really shaking to be moved to falls church, Oakton or Fairfax. Their neighborhood signs prove it

Ummm, the second part is just a straight up lie. Fairfacts matters told the group about the meetings in all of the regions because there are group members in each region. There was no coordinated effort to “spread them at different tables”.

Now, if you want to talk about putting your thumb on the scale, you could ask why FPAC members sat themselves at the different tables at various meetings. That is actually nefarious as they are a school board-group masquerading as community members.

You lose credibility when you lie.

And people across the entire county don’t want these changes, despite what you two SB shills think.

DP. Given how the SB has refused to make needed investments in McLean’s infrastructure for over a decade, it makes me laugh to think you’d think any McLean poster would be a “shill” for the SB.

Just because she may think boundary adjustments may be needed now given the current situation (others feel differently) doesn’t make us shills.

You call anyone a “shill” if they acknowledge boundary changes may happen or could affect your school, but that’s an odd line to draw in the sand, and one I suspect (even fear) may toughen the resolve of FCPS to double down on unnecessary boundary revisions.

But there you go again, attacking posters, not actually providing compelling reasons for boundary changes. Don’t forget, you are advocating for massive disruption in our county to pile on top of federal uncertainty, most families and posters just want to keep the stable status quo.

I suspect the SB defenders are on here today at the direction of gatehouse, since they’ve been feeling some heat based on the revelations of corruption of the BRAC selection process.

You suspect wrong and it’s yet another instance of you trying to shut down anyone who disagrees with you.

I heard fair facts matters raised over $50,000 to fight the boundary review. Is that right? If so, crazy!!!

Anonymous wrote:Speaking of FairFACTS Matters, what happened over at the Great Falls Citizens Association? The Executive Board supposedly terminated the President and the Secretary this week over a $5000 contribution made to FairFACTS Matters to help fight any boundary changes that would move Great Falls families out of Langley.

The possibility of boundary changes really does end up pitting people against each other, even within the Great Falls community.

You should start a separate thread. I wonder too but it will be lost here.

This post was not cruel, but the earlier post was.

But let’s see if the poster’s next posts are more structured. I have my doubts. Some people choose or only know how to communicate in what comes across as a stream-of-consciousness style.

The focus on Fairfacts matters today definitely has me thinking that the school board and gatehouse are trying to vilify the organization because of the recent revelations of corruption in the BRAC selection process.

Your posts have so little to do with the posts to which you are responding that one might as well be conversing with a bot.

What is it with your people and thinking anyone who disagrees is an imposter? I’m not PP btw. PP didn’t sound super pro-SB. You guys are way too defensive.
