| Curious if everyone has bought all of their Thanksgiving cooking ingredients yet? |
| I've bought everything except for a few fresher produce items at this point (like lettuce for turkey sandwiches). I started about a week ago with hardier items and have picked up the more perishable stuff as we've gotten closer. |
| Wegmans - I shop online and then use the pick up lane. So easy and you can avoid the headache. |
| I haven't bought one thing yet. Will start this evening. I usually get stuff from safeway, giant, trader joes, whole foods. |
|
I’ve bought nothing except the turkey and cranberry sauce ingredients. Also bought snacks and drinks.
I’ll probably buy tomorrow. |
| I finished all the shopping yesterday. |
| Shopping has been ongoing, since about Friday. Most non-perishables were done then. I bought a bunch more today, including the bird. I have to make a trip to Costco (God help me!) and H-Mart tonight. That should do it. |
| Stuff like heavy cream sells out. I finished a couple days ago. |
| I bought most of the non perishable stuff a couple weeks ago, turkey and bread for stuffing last week, and DH finished up this morning getting the perishable stuff and alcohol |
Last year or the year prior fresh cranberries sold out. Luckily my neighbor had an extra. I finished today during lunch. Including a wine run. |
| This is OP, you're all making me nervous LOL. I guess I'll be shopping tonight! |
Fresh bread sells out too. Then I dry it out, so not sure if it matters. But I had to use prepackaged bread cubes last year. |
| I haven’t bought my turkey yet, and need to get oysters. I perused the turkeys on Saturday, but couldn’t decide my turkey strategy. |
| We’ve been adding non-perishables to our cart for about two weeks, just here and there. The “big shop” was Saturday night. The final shop is tomorrow morning. |
| I had to buy an actual sage plant today because fresh sage was gone.and I did not want to go to a different store. |
