My guess is Jamie Raskin. He is a legend in MoCo.

Anyone who says Raskin is “likable” hasn’t spent much time around him.
He’s effective, yes. But he’s not a pleasant fellow. |

Effective is better than likable. When I emailed him about something, he got it done very quickly. I've met him and he was a very nice person. Do I need him to be likable when he's doing his job, no. - dp |

1. Too few people know him. 2. Many who do know him know that he is a do-nothing. 3. He's also soooooo annoyingly mealy mouthed. He's hated on here by a few folks, but it could be just one person posting constantly. |

Frumin's a nice guy, who needs to be a little less of a nice guy in demanding better policing and DC services for his Ward 3 constituents. |

Saints can be insufferable too, but when you consider all he has done and all he has been through, Raskin is a saint. |

He's a super nice guy, who just wants to bring folks together. He's a consensus-builder type , to a fault almost. |
