No tip necessary. A government employee gets a great deal of satisfaction from carrying out the mission of his/her agency.

Assuming this isn't a troll, please do not tip a government employee. If they accept, they can be disciplined, fired, or go to jail depending on the tip. It just makes it awkward for them to figure out what to do and how to return anything given.
