Anyone had experience buying a new Volvo from Don Beyer in Falls Church?
Good/Bad Experience? |
| Yes I've worked with them a few times. I usually work with Natalie but she has a bad attitude. They always offer me the best deal but I'm going to ask to work with someone else if I go there again. |
| I had a good experience there generally, and specifically with Robert Graves. |
The author? |
| Yes, but it’s been 10 years. |
| Definitely better than Ourisman! |
| I got a really good deal there. Service department was hit or miss so I went elsewhere when out of warranty. Would definitely buy from them again though. |
| I went to the Dulles location and they were basically like “buy a car or don’t, we don’t care.” |
| They are very low pressure sales people. I consider that good. Others may prefer more motivated people. |
| High price and not willing to negotiate. I priced the same model at several local dealers and Beyer in FC had the highest price. I asked the sales person to match the other dealers prices and they said no. This was about 4 months ago. |
Same experience a couple of years ago. |
Lol |
I'm the Dulles poster (also owned by Don Beyer) and same. |
Weird, random fact: Kurt Vonnegut owned one of the first Saab dealerships in the US. It wasn't very successful, but he became a bestselling author. |
DP. I haven't tried Don Beyer but it couldn't be worse than Ourisman. So there's that. |
