| I'm 50, and I apply foundation sparingly. I find that using my fingers works the best. How do others over 50 apply foundation? |
| Excellent skincare first. Then lots of serum, primer etc. Then the moisturizer, then foundation with a blending sponge and brush. Then more stuff to fix and keep the face moist and plump. |

I've tried
-foundation brush -beauty blender -fingers The best is fingers, but I hate getting my hands that dirty. It doesn't wash off all that easily. I find a damp beauty blender is best for a more natural look. But you do need to prime the skin. Make sure you are moisturizing and putting sunscreen on first, then let it dry as much as possible before putting on the foundation. |

| To answer your actual question: with my fingers. |
| Moisturizer, primer, and then foundation with a combination of fingers, foundation brush, and sponge. |
| I use a cushion foundation from Korea and it’s dewy and provides just enough coverage to look good on zoom calls. |
Wow! |
|
any recommendations for a lighter foundation - maybe one level above a tinted moisturizer?
