Height, although there is an upper limit where it starts to look a little odd (you don't see too many 6-7+ folks running things).

Handsome can matter a lot on the social side when looking for a significant other though.

+1 Tall is seen as a leader, assumed to be smarter "adult in the room" effect, and commands attention.
